Durante casi dos d\u00e9cadas, los sistemas de energ\u00eda solar detr\u00e1s del medidor utilizaron un sistema llamado medici\u00f3n neta, que acreditaba cualquier exportaci\u00f3n de kilovatios-hora solares a la red uno por uno contra el consumo. Durante los \u00faltimos cinco a\u00f1os en el estado de Nueva York, las partes interesadas clave han estado trabajando para desarrollar un sistema de compensaci\u00f3n \u201csucesor\u201d. El plan propuesto incluye la promoci\u00f3n de tarifas de Hora del D\u00eda (TOD), que permiten a los clientes ahorrar dinero al almacenar energ\u00eda solar en bater\u00edas durante las horas de menor actividad y autoconsumir y\/o exportar esa energ\u00eda durante las horas de mayor costo. Al mismo tiempo, las tarifas TOD benefician las operaciones de la red al utilizar se\u00f1ales de precios para reducir la demanda durante las horas pico. En esta hoja de ruta tambi\u00e9n se incluyen incentivos para la compra de energ\u00eda solar + bater\u00edas y un cargo CBC gradual.<\/span><\/p>\n

Una prioridad clave conocida es facilitar la instalaci\u00f3n de sistemas de bater\u00edas en la ciudad de Nueva York.<\/span><\/p>\n
