going solar
Have you decided to purchase a solar power system for your home? Congratulations on making the smart decision to harness the energy of the sun. You’ll soon be saving money on your electric bill while helping to make the planet a better place for generations to come. You’re probably wondering, what’s next? Here’s a quick guide on what to expect!
Within a few days of signing your contract, we will call you to schedule a home site audit.
We’ll visit your home to analyze your roof and examine your service panel to gather information on the technical inputs needed to finalize your design.
A few weeks after your site audit you will receive a detailed design layout to review and approve. We will build your system based off of those specifications
Once the design for your solar system is approved, we will obtain all required construction permits. This can take a few weeks depending on your jurisdiction’s permitting process.
We will contact you to schedule an installation date based on your convenience, and will let you know what to expect during the process.
Once the installation is complete, we will arrange for final inspections by your local jurisdiction and/or utility provider. Once completed, your utility company will grant Permission to Operate within a few weeks.
Once your utility company grants Permission to Operate, your system is ready to go live! We will walk you through how your new solar system operates and set up your monitoring system so that you can track your energy usage. Congratulations on going solar!
